Kate P.
Kate, or "KP" as we call her to reduce confusion with all the shared names in our roster, joined our team in 2024. Previously, she worked as a production coordinator at a large home accessibility company doing similar work- and while she loved the industry and the clients, she chose to follow her own path and find a role that aligned more closely with her values (lucky for us, that path led her here!). With 20 years of experience across finance, law, and construction, she brings both skill and heart to every project. An author and avid reader, KP is originally from Texas, and every now and then her southern accent slips out!!

Alex "Al" N. Jr.
"I'm no fun lol"
- Al
Al is our construction lead and senior installer for the Pueblo and Southern Colorado region. With more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience, Al’s skills are built on a strong foundation, quite literally, having learned the trades from his father, Alex Sr., who started the family construction business decades ago. Al prides himself on his quality of work, attention to detail, and dedication to serving clients. Al lives in Pueblo with his family and brings not just technical excellence, but also a down-to-earth, team-first attitude that makes him a joy to work with… even if he might not admit it.

Jacinto A.
Jacinto has called Denver home for the past 27 years, where he lives with his wife and three daughters. Prior to joining our team, Jacinto was a professional welder for many years and is now one of our certified wheelchair ramp installers and all-around handyman extraordinaire! Whether it’s installing modular wheelchair ramps or tackling unexpected challenges, Jacinto is willing and able to take on just about anything we throw his way. We love working with him, and we know you’ll enjoy having his skill, reliability, and friendly presence on your project.

Patrick L.
Patrick launched his career right after high school, spending a decade in the carpenters’ union honing his craftsmanship and work ethic while working on light commercial and residential construction projects and traveling the country. Now a remodeling specialist, he’s known for his expert tile-setting skills and mastery of the BestBath shower installation process. He also has a knack for keeping job sites upbeat, whether he’s sharing a quick joke, swapping stories with clients, or making the crew laugh so hard they forget they’re working. With Patrick, you get top-notch quality and a good time, all in one package.

Mike D.
Mike grew up in Arizona, but his career has taken him from military bases to transforming homes into safe, accessible spaces. He served 10 years in the U.S. Army as a logistics officer before earning his MBA at CU Boulder and becoming a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Today, he brings that same discipline and problem-solving expertise to every Adaptive Mobility project. He’s as comfortable tackling complex business challenges as he is navigating the backcountry with his wife, Lia. Off the clock, you’ll find him exploring the Rockies, always with a big grin and a new story ready to share.
